Agreement
By booking a service with Digii Mobile Detailing ("Digii", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't book.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may adjust if conditions are different on arrival (e.g., heavily oxidized paint, excessive contamination, pet hair, biohazard, or larger vehicle than described). We always discuss any adjustments before starting work.
Booking & Cancellation
- Appointments are confirmed by phone, text, or our booking system.
- Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, especially for ceramic coating applications which require dry conditions.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and checks. A deposit may be required for large or specialty jobs (full RV restorations, multi-vehicle ceramic packages, etc.).
Warranty & Results
- Ceramic coating products carry a manufacturer-backed warranty for the term purchased (1, 3, 5, or 8 years). Warranty conditions require reasonable maintenance โ see our care sheet.
- Detailing services do not carry a results warranty beyond completion. We stand behind our work; if something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
- We can't guarantee removal of every defect. Some scratches, etching, oxidation, or stains may be too deep to fully correct. We always assess and communicate before starting.

Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle, condition, and service location.
- Ensure access to the vehicle and a parking spot we can work in.
- Remove personal items, valuables, and documents from the vehicle before service.
- Inform us of any known mechanical issues, leaks, electrical problems, or fragile components.
Limitation of Liability
Digii carries general liability insurance and care/custody/control coverage. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, items left in the vehicle, or normal wear revealed during cleaning.
Photos & Marketing
We may photograph work in progress and completed jobs for our portfolio, social media, and marketing โ without including identifying details like license plates. Let us know in writing if you'd prefer we don't.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
