Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to your vehicle's clear coat or gel coat, forming a semi-permanent layer of protection. Unlike wax (which lasts weeks) or sealants (which last months), professional-grade ceramic can last 1 to 8 years depending on the product and prep. Once cured, it creates a slick, glass-like surface that resists UV fade, chemical etching, bird droppings, tree sap, water spots, and light scratches — while making your paint dramatically easier to clean.

Removes light swirl marks, surface haze, and minor wash-induced scratches. Restores 70–85% of gloss potential. Best for: newer vehicles, well-maintained paint, daily drivers without major defects.
Two-stage process: an aggressive cut to remove deep defects, then a refining polish to remove the cutting marks. Removes 90–95% of swirls, water spots, oxidation, and deeper marring. Best for: older vehicles, sun-baked finishes, vehicles with visible defects under direct light, show cars, or anyone wanting flagship-level gloss before sealing it in with ceramic.

It depends on the product and how well you maintain it. Our 1-year coating is rated for 12 months minimum with regular washing. The 3-year averages 3–4 years. The 5-year and 8-year products, properly maintained, often outlast their warranty. Maintenance washes (every 2 weeks) and an annual top-up extend the life significantly.
No — ceramic is a chemical/UV barrier, not an impact barrier. It will protect against bird droppings, sap, water spots, oxidation, light swirls, and chemical etching. For rock chip protection on the front bumper and hood, paint protection film (PPF) is the right product. Many clients pair the two: PPF on impact zones, ceramic everywhere else.
A 1-step polish is included in every package — that's enough for most vehicles. If your paint has deeper swirls, oxidation, or water spots visible in sunlight, a 2-step correction (+$350) is worth it. Ceramic seals in whatever condition your paint is in — so it's worth correcting first.
Two-bucket method, pH-neutral soap, soft microfiber wash mitt, dry with a clean microfiber towel. Avoid automated brush washes. We send a care sheet after every application and can offer maintenance wash plans.
Yes — ceramic works beautifully over both vinyl wrap and paint protection film. It adds gloss, hydrophobicity, and UV protection to the film/wrap itself, extending its life.
1-year package: about half a day. 3 to 8-year packages: a full day. The vehicle needs to remain dry for 24 hours after application to allow the coating to fully cure. We can do this at your home or office — just keep it parked under cover overnight.
